1. Processing Time — Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment. If a shade is out of stock or being freshly made, please allow up to 10 extra days for 3D printing. We’ll notify you if production takes longer than expected.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. We currently ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3. Tracking — You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

4. Delivery Times — Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier. Rural areas or weather delays may extend delivery slightly.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages — Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fofa Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier directly, or reach out to info@fofahaus.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. International Orders — Currently we ship within the U.S. only.
