1. Returns & Exchanges — We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please email info@fofahaus.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Custom are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges may be offered if a product is available in stock.

2. Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your photos and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items — Custom-printed or made-to-order shades; gift cards or promotional items; products showing signs of use or modification.
